The Cottage is a cute studio apartment and is available for rent starting October 24th, 2023 and is available through May 15th. We have a 30 day minimum or you can rent the full 6 months. The Cottage has a full bathroom and is fully furnished. It features a queen bed and a bunk bed. The Cottage has a nice kitchenette with mini fridge, sink, microwave, and countertop burners. There is no stove or dishwasher but there is free laundry will access to the washer/dryer at the house next door. It utilizes a mini split for heat and ac and there is a small electric fireplace as well. All utilities are included in the price, including water, sewer, electric, WiFi and garbage. The property also features a fire pit, gas grill, a large yard, and a hot tub! Cottage is next to a large house, house will be rented. Owner pays for all utilities, including wifi and garbage. Cottage is next to a large house, house will be rented. No pets and no smoking. Rental period is from October 24th, 2023 to May 15th, 2024.
