We are looking for 1 or 2 folks who want a great spot to live and who care about their home and the planet. We are the upstairs neighbors time- and lease it out the other time to traveling nurses, or other professionals. We like to have good neighbors who (for example) shovel the walk when it snows and would help you jump start your neighbor's car or take in the mail. We have a 2-bedroom, 1-bath newly renovated space (built with reclaimed materials where possible) that is looking for the right people. The downstairs is super-efficient and pleasant. Mostly furnished (though if something really doesn't work for you, you can remove a few things). It gets great light, has a shared laundry and unfenced yard. You can walk to campus, and into town, or get to Sentinel hiking in 5 minutes. Rent (includes all utilities, including internet) 6-month lease to start, then month to month thereafter. We do require application and check for tenant income 3 times annual rent, background check and credit history. Owner pays all utilities including wifi, last month due at signing. This lease is for 6 months with month to month. This is a no smoking property and does not allow pets. We do require income 3 times annual rent, a background and credit check, and one months security.
