This three bedroom lower is located in the parkside area of North Buffalo. It has lots of natural woodwork throughout. The appliances provided are a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and private washer and dryer in the basement. At 1,483 square feet this is a larger apartment including a living room, dining room, walk in pantry and smaller pantry, kitchen, bathroom and three good sized bedrooms. Closets are in every bedroom and the front hallway. The front porch has a wonderful view of this artsy neighborhood. The upper is occupied by a younger professional couple. We are looking for people who are both honest and honorable to rent to. We no longer use a yearly lease of our own. Instead we use New York states 30 day month to month default rental agreement. This default agreement is automatic for people without a lease and has protections for both tenant and landlord. Most of my other tenants stay for years and seem to like me. This is a non smoking house so if you do, smoke outside please. The city of Buffalo has a new smoking policy for property owners on the city website. You will have off street parking for one car and street parking is usually plentiful. Water and trash are included in your rent. The other utilities are not included in your rent.
