The Cottage has a large living room area with enough space for a couch, large tv. Including a 4 seat dinner table could be accommodated. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom. There is a 2 adults occupancy limit. I am open to each applicant's unique situation so we can discuss occupancy limits on a case by case basis. There is a 1 pet policy, though again I am open to considering this on a case by case basis as well. This is a Non-Smoking unit, though smoking outside is allowed. As mentioned in the beginning this is an ALL BILLS PAID unit for $1,100 a month + $500 initial deposit. This includes, water, power & trash disposal. *Internet WILL NOT be provided* No smoking indoors, outside is OK. Rent is due no later than the 4th day of the month. $50 per day late fee will incur for each day beyond that deadline. I accept cash or money orders.
