Tenants are responsible for paying heat, gas, and electric bills. They are also responsible for cleaning the snow and taking out the garbage. Rent must be paid on the first day of each month. If the tenants make any damages to the property, the repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit. Tenants must give permission to the landlord to enter the property when given a 24-hour notice. No pets are allowed. There is no parking in the driveway. In the event that there are extra occupants compared to the specified number of occupants allowed, the rent will be raised. The basement and attic are not allowed for use.
