No more than 2 vehicles allowed and most fit on 1 side of the property driveway (HOA do not allow parking on street). No smoking allowed in or outside of the property. NO PETS, NO EXCEPTION! This property is available to rent for 6 to 11 months with an additional $100 monthly fee. You have access to a shared patio with other tenants. No parties allowed and No washer or dryer included with this property. Water, power and internet are included on the rent. Any significant increase on utilities will be notified to tenant and tenant would be responsible for the difference. Short lease are available with a $100 additional monthly for rent 6-11 months. After lease is over, month to month is available for an additional fee. Renters are required to have renters insurance and maintain it during the time of rental.
