This is a large and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with laundry on-site and free parking. Rent will be $1,500/month, and security deposit will equal one month's rent. The building has a new laundry facility, and free off-street parking. We require that you have a credit score of 620 and your monthly gross pay (before taxes) must be a minimum of $3,500/month (3.2x the monthly rent amount). We will be performing a credit check and background check upon submission of an application. We accept guarantors for credit / income purposes. If you do not meet these qualifications, please do not contact us, as there will be no exceptions to this policy and we will not move forward with your tenancy at the property.
