There is plenty of storage space in the metal wall and bottom cabinets also located in the garage. The apartment also features a fenced in patio area with locking gates to facilitate secure access to the property. The garage also has a remote to allow entry to the apartment without leaving your vehicle. No smoking allowed. Owner will pay for WiFi, water and power. Six month minimum lease required.
