GETTING AROUND This guest house is only a five-minute walk from the beach, a ten-minute bike ride to the nearest casino, and less than 3 miles to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center. There are many other activities close by such as golfing, fishing, carting, and water sports. It's located near downtown Biloxi with short drives to neighboring communities such as Ocean Springs and Gulfport. At just 5 minutes distance you'll find supermarkets and shops, as well as the Edgewater Mall. This house is an easy drive to the Gulfport airport (GPT) and under 2 hours to New Orleans (MSY). It is also less than one mile to Keesler Air Force Base and would be convient for anyone looking to stay off base. A vehicle is not necessary but may be desired. If you don't have a vehicle, Biloxi has both UBER and Lyft. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire guest house. GUEST INTERACTION We live in the main house and are available if needed. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help during your stay. For your convenience, our contact information is on the welcome letter once you arrive. HOUSE RULES Guests are expected to follow our rules, and can be removed if they cause issues. No smoking, vaping, e cigarettes allowed. No pets allowed. Maximum 2 guests only. Absolutely no unauthorized overnight guests. Treat this home as your own. FEES Hotel taxes and fees are included in the nightly rate. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be added to all reservations. BOOKING & PAYMENT INFORMATION All registered guests over 18 years of age are required to submit a valid ID. Full payment is due at the time of booking. VENMO, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle. The booking is NOT confirmed until all ID's and full payment has been received. CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS The entrance to the guest house is behind the main house. Follow the path along the right side of the main house. The slider door has a key that is located in a lockbox. The lockbox code will be provided on the day of check in. Once inside there is a welcome letter with the WIFI password and other important information. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS Log out of any online accounts. Set the thermostat to 78 . Close all windows and lock all doors. We will take care of everything else. PARKING There is off street parking available for ONE vehicle GARBAGE AND RECYCLING The bins are located next the garage. Service is on Friday. Bring the bins to the curb on Thursday night. SMART TV Feel free to login to any app you like. CANCELLATION POLICY To receive a full refund, guests must cancel 14 days before check-in. Guests will receive a 50% refund if they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund. GUEST SAFETY Security cameras/audio recording devices outside. Carbon monoxide alarm. Smoke alarm. First Aid kit. Unsuitable for children 2-12. OTHER/MISC You will hear the train several time a day - and sometimes at night. You may hear large airplanes flying over the house as the Airforce base is just blocks away. This house is in a hurricane zone. Pay attention to emergency information and alerts. We reserve the right to request you evacuate at any point during your stay. Cockroaches, lizards, and other insects are common in the south. The house is sprayed for bugs and termites, but they still may find their way in the house. We are required by the city of Biloxi to rent this home for a minimum of 30 days at a time.
