The condo is appointed with a lakeview master suite with a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Offering a lakeview throughout and a screened in porch with a gas grill makes this the perfect condo for couples or a family but is not a good complex for party groups. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need and there are two flat screen TVs and WiFi throughout. The Highland Shores Complex offers a lakeside seasonal swimming pool and the grounds are well maintained. This is a winter rental through April 30, 2024 including Water, Sewer, Trash, Cable TV, WiFi and Electric. A credit and background check is required. First month's rent and Security Deposit is required to move in.
