Rose Hill Estates apartment complex is a 3-building complex in Roseville, Minnesota. The apartment is conveniently located just south of Highway 36 near Dale Street and County Road B West. That intersection has a Metro bus line stop for easy commuting. Our complex is less than 5 miles from Rosedale Mall and AMC Movie Theaters, Har Mar Mall, Barnes and Noble, The State Fair, and several dining options from fast food, to fine dining. Our complex is also within a few miles of 4 different local parks and a nature center. 3 parks are within walking distance of the complex. Heat is included. Tennant is responsible for electric and phone/cable/internet. There is a small monthly surcharge for water and trash that is handled by the complex management company. Off street parking. We have an outdoor grilling and picnic area. Some units also have a dishwasher. Onsite laundry facilities. Each unit has an independent AC unit. Our caretaker lives onsite. We have a couple of different styles of 1 bedroom apartments open immediately with a 2 bedroom available as well. The pictures attached are a mixture of the units available. Heat is included. Tenant is responsible for electric bill and Phone/TV/Internet bill(s)/service(s). Deposit is one month's rent. Cats are allowed with a $300 non refundable pet deposit per cat with a (2 cat maximum) upon move-in. Rental Application for a lease requires a $40 non refundable payment to run a credit/background check within our service provider. SMOKE FREE BUILDING. Smoking is permitted outside the buildings.
