LEASE ASSUMPTION, (43 North Apartments, Grand Haven) AVAILABLE 12/01/23 SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY! This is for my In-Law's unit. We're willing to give the interested party that applies, gets approved, and signs the lease assumption for their unit, a single $1,500 CASH SIGNING BONUS! Yes, that truly means that we'd give you $1,500 cash, as a sincere thank you! Our families are moving to Holland to be together. You'd be taking over their lease for the remaining lease agreement (8 months 12/01/23 - 07/31/24). After which you'd be eligible for renewal, if you choose, otherwise it would release you during summer which is a prime moving time. 43 North Apartments will conduct application. Application upon request only for serious inquiries. Information will be emailed over to the Property Manager, Isaac. Application fee of $55 per adult 18+. No security deposit required; you'd be taking over our security deposit of $500, already on file. That means you'd be receiving any potential refund portion back to you. Their current rent is $2,228. They're in the D2 Mariner floor plan. It is 1,256 sq ft. It is the largest 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. Their building is built on a hill, where the unit itself (although listed as a 2nd floor unit) is a ground floor unit (looking out your window) with a MASSIVE, detached garage (detached from the unit, but attached to the same building. There is a set of stairs between the unit and garage, which is on the ground floor as a true ground floor garage). Their unit was completely renovated prior to my move-in. This includes wood-like flooring throughout (minus the living room and bedrooms). Each bedroom contains a 6 ft window with new blinds. There is upgraded lighting fixtures and countertops. They have white cabinets, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Also, included is an in-unit washer and dryer. Attached is a site map; they're in Building 1. Attached is a floor plan with all applicable dimensions. The garage is 20 x 30. The unit was fully turned over, cleaned, and painted. We hired an outside cleaning company and performed our own cleaning as well. Their building was power-washed this summer. We hand washed the entire patio. They don't wear shoes in the unit. They line all their drawers (kitchen and bathrooms). They have a custom strung wall of lights dividing our living room and dining room (5 ft long, double thick 10 ft, folded in half). Walkthroughs are available upon serious inquires only. * There will be two promissory notes: 1 - Our $1,500 cash gift, contingent on you being the party that applied, were approved, and were the one that signed their lease assumption. 2 - You confirming that you received said $1,500 cash gift, after having been verified that you signed their lease assumption.
