High Point Apartments are perfect for families, couples or singles looking to be just steps from downtown Grand Haven! The open concept of each unit, paired with natural light, offers tenants a cozy getaway to call home. Kitchens feature beautiful white cabinets and nice appliances. Laundry is located in the basement, as well as a personal storage locker. The complex has a private parking lot for tenants only. (No additional parking fee.) We're sorry, but we don't allow pets. Apartments are located in the desirable Grand Haven Area Public Schools district. Owner pays for water, garbage and snow removal. Tenants pay for electricity and cable. We offer one year leases. Security deposit and first month's rent is due at signing. We require an application before being invited to sign a lease. The application fee is $60 (not refundable).
