This modern updated basement-apartment provides a great space for relaxation and/or working remotely. Fully furnished. Very spacious. Private entrance, kitchenette with everything for cooking (portable stove, air fryer, multi-cooker), dedicated laundry, dedicated office, private living room with a set of recliners, smart TV, 1Gb internet. Two (2) people occupancy max. Pet friendly (subject to pet fee). No more than one (1 ) dog is allowed. We have 2 dogs upstairs in the main house. Access to community pool (seasonal) and tennis courts. Just 10-15 min drive to Lake Lanier with clear water for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and more. Golf course is walking distance. Hospitals, shopping and entertainment are minutes drive away. We can communicate as much or as little as you wish. Utilities are all hooked up and subject to $150 monthly flat fee. Total all inclusive rate is $1,650 and includes: electricity, gas, trash, water, internet, yard maintenance This is a month to month lease (long term is preferred). All utilities and maintenance are included. No more than 2 occupants, no more than one dog. Pets are subject to pet fee. No smoking inside.
