It is part of Northwest Arkansas (NWA) which also includes Bentonville, Springdale, and Fayetteville. We have an amazing geographical area with a lot of outdoor activities like hiking, camping, kayaking, and canoeing. The area also includes beautiful Beaver lake which was voted 4th best lake in the nation. We have the amenities offered in a bigger city like dining, shopping and arts while still maintaining a smaller town feel. The Rogers downtown area is fun and the people are very friendly and welcoming. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for electric.
