We have a fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment that will be available as of November 6th. The renovations include the following: a fully renovated kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom, all hardwood floors have been re-finished, new flooring in the bathroom, the entire apartment has been freshly painted, all interior doors apartment doors have been replaced. The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to your occupancy. Finally, there is a new heating system in the basement. The existing tenants in the building are working professionals and all tenants are very quiet and respectful of each other. The entire building is non-smoking. Included in the rent are the heat & hot water. The property management team is available 7 days per week, works to resolve issues quickly and visits the property 5 - 7 times per week to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, laundry facilities, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained. * 12 month lease is required * No more than 2 cats are allowed - there is a $50.00 per month per cat fee that will be charged * Off-street parking is available for 2 cars - there is a $100.00 per month per car fee that will be charged
