Otherwise, you get a refund yearly, and it could add up depending on your usage. So your rent is $550 a month. $500 rent, $50 towards water bill. Pets need permission. Security deposit doubles if it's a dog, or cat. Can show anytime. I do background checks. Prepare to give personal information for that reason.
