The kitchen is an eat-in kitchen with plenty of cupboards and nice appliances, including a DISHWASHER All the rooms are nice sized and the unit has lots of windows for lots of sunshine and the sunsets are gorgeous here! There is a washer dryer in the basement for this apartment ONLY and it is not coin operated, but included in the rent. There is parking for two vehicles in the parking lot. The rent is $1,650 and this includes heat and hot water. The tenant pays their own electricity and other personal expenses. This is a non-smoking unit and building! Absolutely no smoking, marijuana or vaping allowed at the property. One indoor, fixed cat may be negotiable with an additional $250 non-refundable pet deposit.
