This nice first floor 3 bedroom FURNISHED apartment is at the top of the East End and offers beautiful hardwood floors, large (eat in) kitchen with new appliances, 2 separate living rooms, great sun (more in winter when sun is low, we are on the "sunny side of the street"), private entrance, close to Eastern Prom. We're looking for people who have an organized lifestyle and who would enjoy living in a quiet adult building. Very convenient location, within 3-4 miles of University of New England, hospitals (Maine Medical Center), downtown Portland, shopping, and restaurants. 2 minute drive to Interstate 295. Walk to the Eastern Prom in 2 minutes, and access walk/running paths, trails, and beach. PLEASE NOTE: If you want to view this place and meet landlord, please include the following information in your reply: * a brief bio- tell us about yourselves! - including at least the following: * Number in household, and names and ages (who will be living there?) * What and where is employment for each person? * What schedule do you keep? * What types of activities do you like to do at home?
