This fully-furnished first floor one-bedroom cottage features a kitchenette, living room, bathroom with standup shower, porch with seating for two, a large shared yard and off-street parking for two vehicles. The bedroom includes a closet, bureau and queen size bed - you provide your own linens. The kitchenette has full size appliances which include, a four-burner range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and also includes pots, pans, dishes, silverware and other kitchen utensils. The living room has a flat screen TV, sofa (with full size pullout bed), coffee table and dining table w. seating for 4 Located on a quiet, safe street near the center of town and only a 30-second walk to the beach. 24-hour coin-op laundry and vending machines on site. Easy access to Route 1 and I-95.
