This large 2 bedroom loft has tons of historic character, encompassing the entire top floor of a brick row house in Historic OTR. The great room has an awesome view of the city skyline from inside the loft and from the deck. I personally feel that it is the best view on Klotter. Newer cabinets, granite counter tops, hardwood, ceramic tile, and wooden blinds accent the great room and bath. Each bedroom is 20 feet long x 11 feet wide with 2 large windows at one end. Each bedroom has high ceilings, brick chimneys, one has a refinished mantle reclaimed from a Mt. Adams teardown, one has a 7 x7 foot walk-in closet and each have newly refinished original hardwood flooring. (refinishing is currently underway) The entry way has a large leaded glass window and the stairway features the original natural oak banister winding up to the 3rd floor loft. Two assigned, well lit parking spots next to the building are included. A gas grill is shared by the other 3 lofts. Klotter / Conroy is tucked away on a hillside overlooking downtown, many saying that it has a San Francisco ambiance, without the high price points. Photos are of the immediate neighborhood that is very walkable, with Findlay Market, new FCC Stadium, Cincinnati Steetcar, and UC only a half mile away. Fairview Park shown in the overall view of Klotter is an incredible hidden gem, great for walking and biking. The neighborhood organization sponsors 4 cookouts per year on 459's parking area.
