Beautiful kitchen with new smooth top stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Large dining table seats 6 and with leaf will seat 8. The master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a tiled shower. Hall bathroom with comfortably sized tub and stacked washer/dryer in the bathroom closet. Very large porch with small dining table & 4 chairs for enjoying meals or coffee with friends. Beach chairs, beach towels and buckets. Everything you need for a great time! Rental agreement is for the OFF SEASON ONLY: November 1, 2023, until March 31, 2024. A lease can be signed for the full period or on a month-to-month basis. Water, Cable, and Internet are included with rent. Electric bill covered up to $150/month. Excessive usage over this amount is billable to renter. Only small dogs are allowed and must be pre-approved by owners. Prefer non-shedding breeds only. $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pet waste must be handled appropriately. The renter must comply with all Home Owner Association Rules including no loud noise after 10 pm and parking for 2 cars which must be marked with parking passes and abide by parking rules set forth in signed lease.
