It will make a nice home. 1 year lease Tenant is responsible for utilities Prospective tenants must have sufficient verifiable income and good credit ratings. There is no application fee. Because it does cost to do an independent background check, tenants will be asked to tender a deposit for the apartment with their application. If, for any reason, the tenant is not grated the apartment, 100% of that deposit will be returned; in fact if the deposit is made by check, the money will not even leave your account until you are accepted. Further, any time an appointment is set, it is set with the belief that the application will be approved.
