This spacious two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located at 8038 S Maryland Avenue is available early December. There is central air and heat. Garage parking at an additional cost, but pets are accepted. With pets, proof of vaccination records and photo is required. $40 additional monthly pet fee per pet. 2 pet maximum. Tenants have to pay electricity and gas. Requirements are that income has to be 2.5 times the monthly rent unless voucher holder. We perform a full credit and background check. The minimum credit score has to be 580. There is a $60 application fee and $550 move in fee in addition to the first month's rent.
