All guests staying with tenant for more than 10 days must fill out an application to remain on file. Owners need to know who's staying in their building. Tenants are REQUIRED to check and clean the filter in EACH A/C window unit in his/her apartment every other week and to notify owners of any evidence of possible water intrusion, broken or less functioning appliances, windows, doors, etc. With proper prior notification, owners will inspect each rental unit quarterly for compliance and mostly to make sure their investment (the building) is in good shape and that nothing needs immediate repair.
