It includes a gas stove, refrigerator and back porch. There are mini blinds on all the windows. We are having 2 open houses: one on Wednesday, November 1 from 3-5 p.m. and another one on Thursday, November 2 from 1-3 p.m. Please bring your credit score when you come; minimum of 620 appreciated. We will have applications there (no application fee). Enter this apartment on the 31st street side of the building. Available for move-in on the 4th or later. Deposit is $700. Rent is $700 per month with the 1st month's rent prorated based on move-in date. This is a non-smoking apartment. No dogs, cats are ok for a $200 additional deposit. One year lease. Deposit is also $700. Prorated 1st month's rent.
