96 West Main St The apartment is located on the second floor of a quaint Victorian house right in Downtown Milford. House was totally renovated a few years ago with hardwood floors. Stained glass window, new appliances, all new windows, very bright, plenty of parking on the back of the house. House is conveniently located, a half mile from Merritt and I-95, a five-minute walk to the train station, walk to town for a variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Gulf Beach is 1.5 miles and Silver Sands 2 miles. Gas heat , AC is not included however there is presently a unit which will stay and is plenty to cool the apartment. Smaller pets can be allowed but subject to discussion with the landlord. No smoking on property. Landlords live next door and always available for any issues. Availability: December 1st but earlier date may be possible, present tenant flexible. Tenant pays electric; gas is included in rent. AC unit stays, however, the landlord will not supply new one. Runs fine, almost brand new. One month rent due upon signing the lease; last month and security deposit due on first day of occupancy. Pet fee 50/month.
