Pet Policy: Cats only, no dogs at this property and they must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit. 100% refundable security deposit is equal to the rent and is due at the time of the lease signing. There is no application fee but there is a $60/person one time admin fee due with the first rent payment.
