This lovely little studio is located in North Redding in a safe, quite, and beautiful neighborhood. Tenant has private, off-street parking in their own driveway, private entry, private bath, private patio, private washer and dryer, indoor storage area, all utilities, including Netflix and Wi-fi, are included. The kitchenette is furnished with all new appliances including: refrigerator, microwave, countertop/convection oven, toaster, coffeemaker, croc pot, vegetable steamer, rice cooker, linens, glassware, dinnerware, silverware, utensils, and various pots/pans/bowls. Complimentary starter baskets for kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are provided. This unit is conveniently located directly off I-5, but is completely shielded from the traffic noise. Owner lives on-site, but this is NOT a shared living space. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit. A small dog will be CONSIDERED (along with additional deposit.) A free, monthly cleaning service is offered. If tenant chooses not to use this service, a quarterly walk-through will be required in order to make sure the property is being kept in a clean and safe condition. The length of the lease is negotiable, and month-to-month will be considered. No couples. Renter's Insurance is REQUIRED.
