Potential tenant pays Avail background check fee (about $55), if accepted as a renter, that background check fee will be refunded to the tenant. Tenant must pay for rental insurance (inexpensive on Avail.co). Lease and monthly rent payments through Avail.co software, so tenant will have to make an account with Avail.co. Available street parking, enter through privacy fence to well lit private entrance with keyless entry. Monthly professional cleaning, utilities, internet is included in the rent. Tenant responsible for keeping the unit tidy, putting out their trash regularly into communal trash container on site, picking up their stuff for the cleaner, and quiet time 10 pm-6 am.
