Includes a new gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. Workspace-There is a desk in the living room for workspace and high speed internet. You are an easy 2 block walk to Pearl Street where you have a plethora of hip cafes, incredible dining, chic boutiques, high-end retail as well as bohemian gift shops and cool consignment stores. You can also find great live music and the Pearl Street Mall. Close to many fantastic hikes, Boulder Creek, Chautauqua Park, and great skiing day trips. 2 hours from Breckenridge and similar ski resorts.
