Renting out my ski cabin as a ski share this winter and beyond. This is my home and has a lot of special mojo, so let's keep the stoke going YOUR HYGGE PALACE - Sweeping views of the Fraser Valley and Byers Peak. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. - Cozy wood burning fireplace. Cord of wood and matches included. - Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to live like linens and towels - Starlink internet, which gets 120 MB/sec, plenty fast for streaming and Zoom meetings - Two desk and monitor setups. Dining table upstairs is a good work spot, too. - Projector for movie nights, along with a carefully curated DVD selection - Lots of wood paneling, think chic 80s. Lots of wallpaper, lots of carpet, but in the best of ways. - 10 miles away from Winter Park; less than 15 minutes to the ski hill - House stats: 3 BR, 3 BA, 2000 sq ft. Open floor plan upstairs, all bedrooms downstairs. - Furnished! But plenty of room - mud room, closets, pantry will be cleared, of course FLEXIBLE START DATE - Available as early as Nov 15, ideally no later than Dec 1 - Happy to rent this as a ski share for the winter or as a long term rental -- email me and let's discuss - Looking for at least 6 months with possibility to extend - Utilities and Starlink internet included (which run $320 per month) NEGOTIABLE - If you're looking for a ski share just for the winter, I'm open but will need to negotiate cost upward (Ski season: Nov thru end of April). - There is a small 2-3 person hot tub.
