All rooms are wired, so you can connect computers, cell phones & internet TV. I can also pay for landline installation so you can have your own landline phone. Another option is to get another internet connection installed, so you can have your own WiFi. Sorry, no smokers. This house is on the fire line and the environment is extremely delicate here. Also no cannabis users, since there are kids in the home. Utilities will be shared with owner. Estimated avg. utilities $200-$250 per month - including internet, water, electricity, gas & trash. No last month deposit required if you set up monthly electronic payment.
