Great two bedroom, two bath apartment in city flats at renwick. This is a sublet/relet through June 15, 2024. The apartment features a large living space with a lot of windows for natural light. Both bedrooms are large. The primary has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so no one above you and comes with added storage as a result and the washer and dryer are in unit. The complex is also pet friendly. Finally the community has a gym, pool, and common area to work. The community is great and it's close to College Mall. We will be moving out Dec 10, and can fill it any time after. You will need to be approved by the landlord. Rent is technically 1650, but we are willing to help substantially bring that down to 1200 a month (we can discuss lump sum or monthly payments). Let us know and we can discuss it. Renter is responsible for utilities. Electric is under renters name, all others are paid to the landlord. Parking is on site. This will be a sublet through June 15.
