School of Mines, located in downtown Golden, which also features many museums and activities to explore this western mining town. Instant access to the light rail, and surrounded by hiking, fishing, biking, and camping makes this an ideal location. The efficient kitchen has a small convection oven, 2 burner hotplate, convection microwave, additional refrigerator in garage for overflow food and drinks. You are welcome to enjoy the lower deck and back patio which includes a covered gazebo lounge and gas BBQ provided for your pleasure! The yard is fenced in for privacy and peace of mind. One parking space in the garage and an additional driveway spot with plenty of street parking. Tenant pays half of utilities for house, which includes high speed Comcast internet, tv/HBO, garbage, water, and electricity, approximately $150/person monthly. Tenants are expected to help maintain the front yard w/light mowing and taking out garbage and recycling weekly. The owner takes care of edging/tree trimming and weeding the yard.
