With golf, fishing, sporting facilities and fine dining close by, it's the perfect complex for ball teams, guests, church retreats, family outings and just simply as a place to live year round! This condo is available monthly September - May of each year and rents as a vacation rental May - September. This unit is booked for February and March of 2024 and is available November 5, 2023 - February 1, 2024 and April 1 - May 4, 2024. Monthly rental totals are as follows: January, February, November and December: $2,500/ month March, April, May, September and October: $3,500/ month June, July and August: $7,500/ month Our fully furnished mid-stay rentals are perfect for traveling nurses, military professionals and people moving to town that need to find more long term accommodations. Since this is a 2 bedroom, it is perfect for traveling professionals to share and split the cost, however, both must be approved. No sub-leasing is allowed. This is available month to month or any length of time up from September - May. Rent includes utilities & wifi with a cap. This is a pet free, drug free, smoke free unit. Parking is available on site with your own dedicated parking space and a visitor parking space for $40 for the duration of your rental. This is a month to month rental and each new monthly renewal is contingent upon monthly inspection to ensure the unit is being cared for adequately. A departure cleaning of $250 will be collected at move in.
