Walk two blocks to the marina, three blocks to downtown, or hop the nearby bus to 4 ski resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, and Arapaho Basin, with Vail just a short drive away). This unique home is high-end with extraordinary quality at every turn. This is a three-floor home with private, separate units on each floor. This rental is for the sunny middle floor which is available for a year lease or longer. A huge master with a king bed overlooks the lake with a walk-in closet, a private full bath, and a washer and dryer in the dressing room. The guest bedroom is also large with another 3/4 bathroom next to it with beautiful finishes. The main living area is very large with a big-screen TV, wet bar with marble counters, and fridge/sink. The fold-out couch has a queen bed for occasional visitors. There is also a large sun room with foosball and a big table for dining or playing.
