The kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishes, flatware, utensils. Onsite amenities include a coin-operated laundry room. There are plenty of unassigned parking spots for one car, beach access, BBQ grills, outdoor pool and hot tub. There are wonderful common areas to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. There is also free wifi. The Inn at Seacrest Beach Unit 302 is one of the only few units in the complex to feature picture perfect Gulf views. Better yet, from this unit, you can see the sunrise and the sunset while enjoying the spacious balcony. You are within walking distance to Seacrest Beach Subdivision, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and only a bike ride away from exploring all of 30a's beauty. Come to and enjoy everything The Inn at Seacrest Beach Unit 302 has to offer. Owner pays utilities, with a $100 cap on electricity - anything over will be billed back to the renter. This condo is available for a 1-4 month lease in the off season (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb.)
