Tiny House in the backyard is not included as this is my office and will be closed while I am away. Street Parking 1st and 2 months security to move in. Background and credit checks required Utilities are additional and they average $200 per month including fiber internet Renter responsible for utilities which average $200 month. I can leave the apartment furnished or partially furnished. Street parking , no smoking. Sublet available around November 10th until June 1st.
