Gas, water, electric, trash and internet are included in the rent. Cable is not included. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required if pets will be joining. A cleaning fee of $175 will be taken out of the security deposit before it is returned to the tenant after move out. This is a NO SMOKING property. Please refrain from smoking ANYTHING inside the building or outside on the property for your health and the health of your neighbors. One well-trained pet is welcome with non refundable pet fee. Early termination of lease will require 14 day notice. 30 day minimum stay that can be extended if requested in writing on a month to month basis.
