This unit has ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath, carpet in living room and bedroom. $725 a month. We pay for the water, sewage, trash, lawn service and heat which is gas. You are responsible for your own electric bill. Please make sure you qualify before you call. Qualifications: You must make a minimum income of $1700 net per month. We do Not accept any evictions or pets. ( due to no grass or fence) You must have a past positive rental reference within the last year.
