Brand NEW 2023 October 16x12 very tall cabin in the hills and woods outside of Two Rivers / Fairbanks. 40 minutes from FMH and downtown Fairbanks off of Chena Hot Springs Road mile 19. 7KM of groomed and well-maintained hiking trails, skiing, and biking. 12 miles of State AK wood-cutting roads for hunting and driving and walking. 20 miles of Mike Kelly trails that run a ridge overlooking Pleasent Valley and the Alaska Range. Toyo stove takes heating fuel and you'll need water for drinking and cooking. Electric is also paid by renter. Comes furnished with bed, couch, table, chairs and dresser. I take care of plowing driveway and lawn. This cabin is designed for the traveling nurse, slope worker and requires excellent work and renter records. 1 yr or Month to month contract.
