Really nice furnished freshly remodeled apartment. In the pictures there's missing couple details like an air fryer and coffee maker. It is roughly 1000 sq ft, lease is one or two years your choice. Have one parking spot under carport if any more there is by street but not guaranteed. Laundry is shared with the apartment across the hall big apartment have laundry on their own. Tennent pays just electricity everything else is owner. Security deposit is 1500$ and there is inspection before move in and move out so that both sides are protected. Pet friendly, for any details about it can be discussed in person. No smoking in the apartment also very important No noise complaints. One tenets got moved out just because of that
