This apartment is a quaint renovated antique home located in Fruitland Park. It is close to everything in Central Florida. Divided into 2 distinct, separate sides. You would occupy the north end of the house with use of the entire front yard. The charming space we now call an "apartment" is roughly a 600 sq ft space. Consisting of 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. It's entirely yours! It has original hardwood floors and preserved antique tile. Apartment and Kitchen have been completely updated with granite and stainless steel and are fully equipped. The apartment is furnished. The space is bright, cheery, and uniquely decorated. Utilities are included. This unit is completely furnished and is adorable. The owner pays for the Yard Work. Electric is included up to $165.00 per month. Water is included up to $45.00 per month. Anything above these amounts will need to be paid by tenant at the end of each month. Pets are not allowed. Renter has the entire use of the large front yard and front porch. The Application fee is $75.00 and a rental application must be filled out. The lease is drawn up by an attorney. We take $500.00 to hold the unit while we check your references and review your application. If you decide not to rent from us for whatever reason during this process we do not refund this $500.00 as we have turned down other potential renters in order to give you first priority. IF we decide not to rent to you, we will gladly return the $500.00. Minimum rental time is 6 months. If you want to rent for a shorter amount of time...we may be able to accommodate you but the rent will be higher. Tenant must provide their own internet service or can pay us for what we already have installed without having to pay installation fees to an internet provider.
