This Clarkdale location, in the hills of the Palisades division, gives you the feeling of living in the country while still being within the city. The house is situated near the top of a hill so the grounds have excellent views of Verde Valley and Mingus Mountain and is oriented such that you can experience privacy and a sense of wilderness. The studio to be rented is contained within this home (ie. a shared living space with a common entry) includes everything you might need to live a comfortable lifestyle, such as: Queen-size bed with memory foam topper Private bathroom with shower Microwave 5.2 cu.ft. refrigerator with separate freezer door for easy freezer access Single-cup Keurig coffee maker Desk, chest of drawers, bookshelf, built-in shelves in spacious closet Hangers in closet Bedding and linens Plates, bowls, coffee mugs, drinking cups and silverware Kitchen tools and utensils Full-length mirror All you need to do to move in is bring yourself, clothes, toiletries, and food and drink and you're all set! You can witness amazing views of the Verde Valley from your studio. Just lie in bed, or better yet, go outside and sit on the lawn or around the fire pit, relax, and take in the views, listen to the wind blow through the trees and hear the tweety-tweet-tweet of the hummingbirds at the feeders. And most nights you can hear the howls of the coyotes nearby. Sunrises and sunsets can be simply awesome here! You also have access to these amenities on-site: WIFI, fire pit, barbecue grill, picnic tables, basketball hoop, real grass lawn in the shade of tall pines, and outdoor ping pong table. Designated off-street parking for your car. Conditional access may be given to laundry and 8-foot pool table within the main house.
