Our location is situated on the quiet end of Thomas Drive, yet still close to restaurants and main strip, therefore it is a relaxing and amazing location. The condo building is eight floors and 61 units total, you're sure to enjoy the space on the dedicated beach and around property in general. A 2 bedroom, split floorplan, (+sleeper sofa), 2 bath, top floor condo located right on the beach. The spacious master features a King size bed, workspace, sofas and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed, has an equipped kitchen including (Keurig + drip coffee makers) and space to sit. You can drink your morning coffee on the private balcony and watch the dolphins jump in the water. There is even a desk if you need to get some work done. We have private beach access and security is onsite at night. We will do a 1 month, 2 month, 3 month or 4 month lease staring 11/1/23. A one time clean fee is charged of $195.00 Utilities are in addition to the base rent. $175 per month for this unit
