This one year old modern apartment is in the heart of Capitola. Walk to beach, restaurants and shopping - utterly lovely location. The modern building was designed by Fuse architects and built last year. The unit is build to last and is very quiet. The owners are local and low key. The apartment is perfect for work from home and commutable to Silicon Valley if need be. It includes a full size garage for one car - bikes and board storage. All appliances are high end, new and full size -stainless steel.. we installed very efficient Heat and Air conditioning systems with remote controller for each room. Your water heater is on demand and very efficient. Flooring is a lovely laminate that is comfortable and warm. A very large wall of windows opens to a large deck - the windows lights the unit with a sunset view. The unit is 750 square feet PLUS roughly 100 square foot deck AND large one car garage of 250 square feet. We used the most energy efficient insulation, windows, lighting, and heating -- hence the utility bills are very low. Although we will allow small dogs we insist on meeting them first and will increase the deposit by $500 for the pet. (and by small we mean less that 20 pounds - not 40 not 60 not 80 :).....) IMPORTANT: If interested we will ask that you complete a Zillow Application online and pay via Zelle or Zillow payment. The tenant covers gas, electric, water, garbage and internet/cable. The lease is one year then month to month.
