Our guest home is a studio Casita that sits on 2.5 acres of desert landscaped private property and is totally furnished and within 5 min of the freeway. Has a putting green , horseshoe pit, small workout room and fresh eggs. Our property can also accommodate and board several horses with fenced arena, stalls, automatic water station and horse feeder with shade. We are looking for a non-smoking single tenant that is quiet and responsible .Our place offers a private and secure desert oasis away from the city lights and drama. If you are this person, we would be delighted to schedule a tour and interview. Thank you Owner/Landlord pays for water and sewer, trash. Renter is responsible for Electric (metered). No Smoking allowed, First months rent and security deposit is due upon signing of lease. Small pet up to (20lbs) allowed .
