This unit becomes available for rent starting November 1st, featuring a flexible month-to-month lease arrangement. The lease terms include no pets, children and strictly no smoking. Each unit is designed for a maximum of two occupants. Water costs are covered within the rental fee. Additionally, there's a fridge left by the previous tenant that you're welcome to use. If you require a stove, you'll need to arrange for your own. To secure the unit upon moving in, a $550 security deposit, along with the first month's rent, is required upfront.
