Your employment will be verified. Applicant needs Great Credit. Great rental references / history, we will verify residency with current landlord and your prior landlord. A copy of Valid Government issued ID/ Driver's License. Last 6 Months of Rent Receipts. Once you have viewed the property, there is $40.00 non-refundable screening fee that is required from anyone 18 years or more on application. This would be only if you're interested in moving forward with application. Prospective tenants must have the ability to pay the rent and meet all the other requirements of the rental agreement.
